Well for what its worth, I suppose if the company was bought or merged or whatever, that could still happen, but I do not believe that is the case. The revocation order would be useless at this point and that has been Penstocks bone all along. I still don't see how Ringtokk is operating without some sort of registration or filing. If it is, I have not been able to find it. Even if it is private, there should be some sort of trail.
