It is better those shares are in the hands of insiders. The shares were issued to finance the company and keep it from a hostile take over, if i remember correctly to what the company said before the increase last fall. We can now see what would have happened if Alpine would have gotten them instead. We are in good strong hands and success is eminent. IMHO. GO MMTC!!!!!
