Hi I emailed this guy last night,
yeediggar@yahoo.com

This what I got back:

I called left a message for IR, Ron called back left me a message, I returned the call, I talked fast, wrote fast, and transcribed this immediately after the call, I missed some finer points about other things he was saying but these were questions I had been posting about on Yahoo,
Author search my name and you will see them,

He returned my voicemail in less than an hour.

Yeediggar:
"Do you have plans to go national?"
CEO Ron Carte:
"Actually we are national, we take jobs from all over the country"
Yeediggar:
"What I mean, I guess is I have worked in the roofing and commercial roofing industry, so what I mean is, are you planning on opening offices across the country for commercial roofing?"
CEO Ron Carte:
"We already have established offices in Atlanta, Dallas, Florida, and Pennsylvania"
Yeediggar:
"Are you planning on opening offices in La. and Ms. in anticipation of further, future storm-related contracts in those locations?"
CEO Ron Carte:
"No, we are working with our joint-venture partner Carothers for those areas"
Yeediggar:
"Well you know there has been tremendous activity in your stock recently, and there is a lot of speculation on the boards that you are just a small roofing company and will go back to Oklahoma after this contract and do Residential, or re-roofing work there"
CEO Ron Carte:
"If you go to our website www.aduddell.com/,
Yeediggar:
"Yes I am aware of that site, but there is some confusion as to whether you are a national commercial roofing company or a mix because there are two aduddell websites"
CEO Ron Carte:
"The website I am referring to is the one for Zenex (www.aduddell.com) not the adduddellroofing.com that is owned by a family member of one of our executives"
Yeediggar:
"Yes, David Aduddell, so that is not Zenex?"
CEO Ron Carte:
"No, we are a national commercial roofing company, our business is commercial roofing, our business plan is large commercial roofing contracts."
Yeediggar:
"I bet you are swamped with calls right now, so I won't take up too much of your time, are you planning on acquiring commercial contracts in the Mississipi and Louisiana areas after this current one?"
CEO Ron Carte:
"Ever since that Bloomberg piece was run we have been swamped with calls, contracts, before that it was like we didn't exist, we are yes. We have rented an entire R.V. park for our staff for the next three months."
Yeediggar:
"I was wondering though, the press releases say you have over two hundred crews and more than a thousand workers on the ground, did you bring them all the way from Oklahoma?"
CEO Ron Carte:
"We are a management company in this respect, we are mainly hiring local people from the area, our crews will be for commercial projects, but we mainly try to employ people from the areas where this contract is taking place, for the temporary roofing. I doesn't take much skill to put a tar,"
Yeediggar:
"Yeah...., I'm sorry, I worked as a roofer so I know putting a tarp on a roof isn't roofer work."
Yeediggar:
"Are you planning on or engaging any investor or public relations firms to handle the information about the company?"
CEO Ron Carte:
"I have spoken with several, yes, we have just been too busy right now"
Yeediggar:
"Your background is from the banking industry according to your bio, do you have any experience with placing shares, or IPO's?"
CEO Ron Carte:
"No, my background is in running a bank, and in commercial loans,"
Yeediggar:
"Commercial loans, like the kind you would need to finance large-scale commercial roofing projects?"
CEO Ron Carte:
"Yes."
Yeediggar:
"So are you guys planning to go after re-roofing residential homes after the contract?"
CEO Ron Carte:
"No, we specialize solely in commercial and that is what we will be doing in the area."
Yeediggar:
"That is what I have been debating on the message boards, I firmly believe you would go after large buildings, casinos etc."
CEO Ron Carte:
"We are booked well into next year."
Yeediggar:
"I know everyone is talking about that pr from February where you talked about moving to a major exchange, and maybe reverse-splitting the stock."
CEO Ron Carte:
"If you go back, we have done everything nessecary to make that move, our filings go all the way back, and we have been making preparations for that event."
Yeediggar:
"Well with the recent price action and volume between $1.00 and $1.50 it doesn't look like it will take long or a reverse-split."
CEO Ron Carte:
"No."
Yeediggar:
"One last thing, when do you expect to have a pr firm in place?"
CEO Ron Carte:
"Definitely by years' end."
Yeediggar:
"Again thank you so much for taking the time to speak with me, I mean the CEO!, Congradulations to you and your company."

Item 8.01 Other Events.

The Joint Venture was formed specifically for the purpose of working on the Contract to provide temporary roofing services to the Gulf Coast region. Pursuant to the terms of the agreement governing the Joint Venture, there are 3% of gross revenues set aside to pay for bonding and insurance and thereafter, Carothers will receive 20% of the remaining proceeds and Aduddell Roofing will receive 80%. Aduddell Roofing is responsible for all material cost, labor cost and management cost, which includes a fee of 16.96% to Oklahoma Development Group, LLC ("ODG"). ODG, an affiliate of the Company, was designated to manage all pre-event activities, labor, procurement, housing and administrative responsibilities associated with the Hurricane. ODG is a development and management company.

From the 10qsb:
The revenues for the six months ended June 30, 2005, were $7,117,365.

The amount of revenue the Company expects to realize from work to be performed on uncompleted contracts in progress and from contractual agreements on which work had not yet begun at June 30, 2005 was $7,351,317.

June 30, 2005 our long-term debt was $877,998.00

Total assets: $9,729,935

Aduddell has already exceeded more than 80 percent of the first two task orders totaling $20 million, said Ron Carte, CEO of Zenex International.

Revenue for 2004 stood at 27mil+ a 44% increase over 2003.

80% of 20 mil $16,000,000.00
Revenue up to June $7,117,365.00
Contractual backlog $7,351,317

Revenue collected so far 2005 $30,468,682.00

From the U.S. Army Corp:
www.mvd.usace.army.mil/hurricane/chr.php
About 16,000 requests for Operation Blue Roof have been received in the past 12-14 days. Over 5,500 roofs have already been installed. More than 225 crews are now working, installing between 700-800 roofs per day.

This morning USACE report:
Operations Blue Roof teams recently peaked at over 1,000 roofs installed per day and are projecting to be complete by the end of October, if the weather and estimates of 37,000 roofs needed holds until then.

Zenex announced that its lone subsidiary, Aduddell Roofing, and Aduddell's joint venture partner, Carothers Construction, received a modification by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to increase a contract to $60 million
for the Mississippi counties of Pearl River, Hancock, Harrison and Jackson to provide temporary roof repairs.

60,000,000 minus 20% 17% 3% = $24,000,0000.00

in "30 to 40 days"

Even if they pay 15% in materials, nails, gas, tarps, burgerking lunches AND $200.00 A DAY EACH FOR THE PERSONNELL.

ZENX will report before taxes an $11,400,000.00 PROFIT for the last 40 days.

Wasn't that easy?
