The legal firm of record is not the legal firm representing Vydrotech. I was referred to the current legal firm. They responded to my question of the status of the company with this response:

As you may be aware, several of the major shareholders of the company were involved in major lawsuit against the company’s former management team. That litigation was recently settled and it is my understanding that the company is in the process of cleaning up several problems… including website issues. I am forwarding your letter to Vydrotech’s management team and am hopeful that someone will be contacting you shortly
