These types of bills always come up. My "EX" used to rant about them and stress about them all the time, nothing new. IMO, Besides I see it this way, Alergy meds and anything saying "May cause drowsiness" all have the same problems.
The herbalist and alternative medicine community have there legion of lawyers and lobbyist, this is a none issue to me.
