the Dual Tag was created to meet the specific needs of a niche market place. it actually has 3 applications and not 2. as Jeff stated the name sounded better then tri tag. look at the revs; that should explain what is happening with product sales. there is lots of talk about the potential Macy's and JCP using this product. nobody knows anything for sure only because of the non disclosure agreement made by the company's involved. we won't know until filling are formalized and only then if it is agreed upon can it be made for public knowledge.
