So let me get this straight. It appears that our friend Shiva has started a new company (the JV partner) that will be Tivus' partner in this 10 hotel deal and for all we know, the new Co could have a 99% participation in the JV, in which case we the shareholders would get 1%. I'm not saying that's the case, but why wouldn't Shiva just say 50/50 JV in his PR?
