I dont see my home appreciating at all. I can see being bullish on farm land but I wouldnt dip my toe into rental units.

I have small positions in a few miners and am waiting for them to run before I commit any more capital.

Silver is doing another dump this morning - futures were slightly above 31.00 for a few minutes over night. It would be nice to get above this resistance level
