NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Law Offices of Eric Slocum
Sparks, P.C. has filed an Application with this Court requesting
approval and payment of professional service fees for Special Counsel
Griffitts O’Hara LLP in the amount of $23,122.67 for the period ending
July 31, 2012.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that for further particulars of the
Application, a copy is on file with the Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court
or a copy may be requested from Eric Slocum Sparks. Pursuant to Local
Bankruptcy Rule 4001, any creditor or party in interest desiring to
object to the Application is required to file a written objection with
the Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court and a copy served on the Applicant
and counsel for debtor, within 20 days of the date of this notice.
