after seeing your post i skimmed through it..looked like a pretty empty 10Q not a lot in there really. But i liked this: "The Company incurred expenses of $89,186 for the quarter ended June 30, 2012 as compared to $98,965 for the quarter ended June 30, 2011. The expenses in the second quarter of 2012 were incurred to further the company’s Research and Development efforts and continue the company’s strategic plan of opening wellness clinics worldwide."

at least they are supposedly doing something the last quarter. they could release some sort of research and development news and do a better job of pumping it sometime.
