I don't know if this is a scam or not.
BLTV was call a scam...
last week BLTV went from .0002 to the moon.
I know that I can't get this for .0001,
I am going to move my $2,500.00 bid to .0002.
AFPW may follow BLTV PPS,nobody knows,
but the posibility is here..
they both have goverment contracts.
