I guarantee there is nowhere near 5 Billion outstanding shares here. Even with a fantastic PR campaign they would be hard pressed to be able to find buyers for that many shares in such a short amount of time and the company has done nothing to promote itself. It is a grand illusion and when revealed it will allow this one to move quickly back into pennyland with an actual closed merger deal.
