Hi Pacco:

I certainly agree with most of what you've said and I think SEAN will likely be named CEO once JB goes off to jail.

I think SEAN will make a good faith effort but as you stated this will prove to be fruitless, he won't be held liable for any past SEC indiscretions in a criminal sense though that wouldn't be just or fair.

It's unclear if any violations of law even took place.
