Sorry for not posting sooner but selling and buying a house took priority. I received this reply from Mitch yesterday about 1300 in response my request for information.

Please
If you can give the share holders and the world a 25 words or less update on the conditions of mining. I know some topics are off limits but if you can let me put words in your mouth or something to the effect. The water use in the in the recovery process is working fine with all problems have been resolved. The GEO Tubes are working as expected. All components required for GOLD processing are working and in good order. The ore transports are doing the job just fine. If you get bold you might say we have no show stoppers.
