Just went through this with TDA on a penny stock I own...it could only be sold via TDA after the chill was placed ...eventually the co. I was in - paid lawyers to get removed from the chill list (ransome lol) and now you can freely buy - sell via TDA again on that penny. It supposedly helps investors - weeds out unscrupulous scams - co's etc ....but in my opinion it did nothing but hurt my investment in that penny stock co...a DTC Chill takes away your trading freedom in a stock you already own...like others said - switch brokers .

I am stupid, do not pay attention to me or my posts...do not make buying or selling decisions based on my banter at all ...I am a negative person by nature and at best an amature investor. Hope everybody makes money here.
