LPH: The connection with RC

CFO Toups,BOD Dora Dong and CVW&B have all been shuffled
in/out of RC clients.These companies now look like frauds.CVW&B had their own problem with YUII.

LPH CFO made claims of wanting to upgrade to a TOP 10 auditor.He even went as far as saying he spoke with Top 6 Auditors.LPH never hired a Top 10 auditor.The Past LPH CFO Crane has been permanently barred by PCAOB from any registered accounting firm.

Why are these people and Auditor being shuffled in?out of RC clients. I question the motives behind these moves.Ive never like the power that RC seems to have with LPH.
