Even if your comment was true I covered that possibility to eliminate that false argument because some OS could be turned over depending on how the deal is framed.

SO, since I HAVE THE OS COVERED in my SIMPLE calculation then can you explain WHY they ADDED 4.25 BILLION SHARES instead of 2.8 Billion? 2.8 would have been enough to reach 80% over the known OS at the time.
