Couldn't have said it any better myself. Nothing is going to happen until it gets done and I believe a RM will get done at some point. 28 million in NOL'S vs a 5 billion A/S with an ASK of .0001-.0002= $500,000-1,000,000 company value. A RM is inevitable.
