i just wanted to thank everyone here for your informative posts. I just wondered what exactly are you expecting to hear from sep 7 10min talk in chicago. If I was at the conference as a scientist and heard PPHM only say that MOS end point was not reached yet, I'd be a little more than disappointed or nonchalant. What I'd like to see would be at least 6mth, 9mth, 1yr percentage of survival for each arm. MOS data by itself without more detail wont get rid of the fear that it is misleading and not meaningful statistically. I don't care about whether PFS or ORR data in a pII is not statistically meaningful IF the MOS is statistically meaningful AND supported by other data analysis ie % survival and %CR if any for each arm.
