Ps I finally found - viewed the city of Palm Coast Fibernet contract - agreement with O2 secure Wireless ......it is 26 pages long , signed on 2-14-11, defines the fees -rackspace etc, grants access to the building - equip for OTOW employees etc , the current agreement is good into 2014 ..... so again IMO no B.S. going on here - a business is being built . Missed dates , costly delays YES , but simply no scam.

I am stupid, do not pay attention to me or my posts...do not make buying or selling decisions based on my banter at all ...I am a negative person by nature and at best an amature investor. Hope everybody makes money here.
