You're right. TSIL, in joint venture with TIVU? Who owns TSIL? What's the split? What's the obligation?

Is TSIL a company owned by SP? This should be vetted out for potential conflicts of interest.

I didn't see any mention of TSIL in financials so can only assume it is an independent entity.
