Technically, since we were told from the beginning that there was going to be dilution until funding was in place....for let's say, I don't know....build the company with something other than hope and Monopoly money. We can all probably stop crying about that. How many people are showing returns right now? Oh, thats what i thought. But that's just IMHO.
