Yea, it's all about manipulation and dilution. There is almost no such thing as a quality penny stock, especially if it's being promoted which will skew it's actual value.

Nowadays I sit back and laugh to myself when I see these kind of PRs: 'Gold company establishes $500M contract in Bolivia', that kind of stuff is pure fluff and I think should be illegal to publish false information. Welcome to pennyland ^_-
