I think that makes it look like the malpractice issue is still alive... Are the CLYW lawyers being intentionally stupid, or purposefully incompetent, still ? Or, is that just a fact in the reality that we're stuck with ? Or, was their primary argument cleverly designed to fail and make them look stupid ?

This is the opposite of what other posters have shared. Can you be more specific?
