uksausage I believe the 1.1 billion shares are included in our current share structure. The way I read the report, these guys got the shares from the MM's at a huge discount AFTER SGCP diluted. SEC is upset that they didn't report it properly AND didn't hold onto the shares for the required lenght of time, but sold them within days of getting them.

We've got the shares, they have the money from profits from selling the shares. We don't know yet how the SEC lawsuit will correct this, but it looks like they will try.

Does someone else see this differently?
