I spoke directly to NPHC today and asked for an update, this is what i was told....

"You can see by the trading volume that we are finally starting to bounce back. We should have all of the filings done in the next month or so.
We've raised some cash to pay for the audit, filings and some Nyloxin marketing. The new investors are also out on the market buying the stock.
Our goal is to get sales up in the next 60 days to start paying the bills out of revenues."
