More than two years have gone by since my last post.
Meanwhile, I have read every post that has been posted here during this time period.
Call it a hobby or an addiction or just self preservation ...a drowning man grasps at straws!!!
Meanwhile, I have been busy in my life like anyone else.
Difference is that in the last two plus years, I have not given up on my patient.
It was on the deathbed, gasping for air and the pulse has been thready and weak. Desperate for a comeback, another chance at life, a cash infusion or a reformative surgery!
Well, it looks like the patient is out of coma and off the ventilator...coming out of the ICU to the step down unit. With some radical surgery and new medical advances, it seems that the patient is showing signs of life!!!!
Whether it was an April fools joke or fate..I dunno!
But I give the company NSOL - now USFF some credit for doing what it has done so far. It will always be NSOL to me but USFF has a new image, a new face, a new rhythm and maybe out of immediate danger.
It has not been easy for me to watch from the sidelines and see this company get shredded in the public forum tire shredder!
What have I done that has changed my mind....Due diligence!
I have met with the company officials this year in person at the Atco NJ office. I have patiently listened to their plans for a turn around. Amused but scared and not sure what to make of their future, I only hoped that they can pull this off.
It required more than prayers, wishes and rain dance!
It required them to prove their plan and technology and idea to an investor/lender who would provide them the juice... the manna....the MONEY!
Now that there is a credible source for the financing, things are starting to stir and move!!
I will elaborate in some detail......!
