Well you can't prove there isn't any dilution. Notes can be converted at will after 9-12 months. We don't know if there are any notes to convert from then because we haven't seen this past years 10k yet. Given that there was no orders or product being sold a year ago, it's very probable that there are mature notes to be diluted now. That's just business.
