btyh-I'm bored so I decided to do a little more digging on btyh. They acquired $4m in purchased contracts in the Southland acquisition. The footnotes state that these intangibles are to be amortized over a two year period starting Dec. 1 of 2004. As of June 05 they haven't recorded any amortization, therefore the first two quarters net income of 2005 is overstated by approximately $1m dollars.
