yes and no. Amerex is CAVR's partner on Filo SWD#1. They put up $5 million that was needed to get drilling done, but permit had already expired. The others were not partners- exerpts were given from their financials, or from their stock quotes to compare with. Such as, just the cost of a water truck alone (this is not CAVR info, but a company that specializes in saltwater disposal and removal, can also be used here to look at cost difference between what a company has to put out for trucking alone, or how it might save them money by doing pipeline instead):

On January 23, 2012, we entered into a note payable with a bank for the purchase of a water hauling truck in the amount of $179 thousand, bearing a fixed interest rate of 7.99% with principal and interest payable monthly over the term of the loan. The note payable has a final maturity date of January 24, 2015.
On May 17, 2012, we entered into a note payable with a bank for the purchase of ten water hauling trucks and trailers in the amount of $1.7 million, bearing interest at a rate of one-month LIBOR plus 4.0% with principal and interest payable monthly over the term of the loan. The note payable has a final maturity date of August 17, 2017.

What I sent you privately, was the company's present pps which is $2 range. But they do far more than 1 well.
