Those are all great questions ... none of which do i have the answer to. In trying to think this whole thing through, I am left wondering how much control of STAU Xirinachs has, if any? Was he involved with those 800 Million shares that doubled the OS last year?

I say this because I have never yet seen anyone sanctioned by the SEC for Penny stock violations go legit. Usually their SEC experience merely makes them more clever crooks for their next target. maybe it would be different if the USX* violation was his only one. But, now it is apparent that he was heavily involved in the SPN* scam, also.

I'm sorry, but i don't see Corley as clever enough to detect a rat in his midst. On the contrary, his all out focus on his product, to the exclusion of everything else necessary to run a public company, and his unbelievable brash stubbornness makes him a sitting duck fro someone like Xirinachs, IMO.
