Well remember that filing the previous 10q was done at a time at which propping up the pps was critical to being able to continue the dilution. Their timeframe for dilution would have been much shorter had they not filed previously. At this point, I think it is pretty clear that filing the most recently required 10q would probably not help and the pps is dead anyway. In other words, they accomplished what they needed which was to dilute this thing into oblivion. IMO of course....
