Am thinking one can make some guesses at what it can cost currently for healthcare in shenzhen and example of income in one case.

I see that the childrens hospital involved is mentioned at coupla of times at:

There was a mention about that hospital issueing health cards in one article I suspect like debit cards to help patients pay for treatments.
