NO LOAN mentioned in that 8K that had BDS and KoolTel nor is there one saying there was one in the 10Q of Q1. You are wrong. If you are referring to where they got the money to file that 8K and 10Q then I would have to say DILUTION from share sales as outlined in the first quarter 10Q. That is the ONLY INCOME this junk company has. SELLING SHARES.
