Suitor - YES ! That is what i was referring to about ASYI getting the LOAN, why they were loaned the money and by WHO for the 10Q disclaiming BDS LOI for KOOL LOI (that 10Q)..Why would they go further in debt to file that and who ever loaned them the money did so with GOOD REASON - All of which is still very much IN PLAY . All parties involved in that 10Q had reason to do so or ASYI would have not filed it like they did this last time in August....Think about it.
