FTM, if I may, I think that applies to bavi pts in the unlikely event they want to go back to soc. So it should work both ways but probably does not due to the wording you posted.

To me this means not all who drop out of a particular group is due to progression or toxicity (reaction to study drug may occur, real or imagined (this is where that bias thing comes into play that dew et al. speak about) but it appears that the control pts cannot crossover to one of the bavi arms, probably due to study limitations. And what does "monotherapy period" mean? Is that once mos is reached or study completion?
