I agree AlfonzyD...where does it say that a dollar amount needs to be categorized under Perkins Cole under 1.01 or 8.01?...seems pretty wide open under the discretion of the company's CFO, as in this case, because word is they felt it unnecessary to file an 8-K, only after shareholder pressure.
Hopefully we'll be able to see how(in)significant this MSFT deal truly is.
