Neal, I believe we will still be first to market. I believe that the DTC issue is just a hiccup, the DTC and the SEC have very seldom been on the same page. THE SEC HAS CLEAR ATIG OF ANY WRING DOING,but the DTC still does a freeze?!?! I personally believe that is one of this cases where the Left hand has no clue what the right hand is doing. Since the SEC rules over the DTC, it's just a matter of time till its fixed on their end.
