For the clean up there is alot more things than can use these AMU(Arc Master Units I just made this abreviation up) for more than just Hazmat suits. All the trash and debris caused by the disaster is plausibly Hazmat now. Why would anyone need 25 of these units just to dispose of Hazmat suits. 25 units can dispose of 125,000 tons of Hazardous material a day. Big picture they probably want to use these to clean up more than just hazmat suits.

For hospitals - Hospitals are full of Hazardus waste. anything in contact with Bodily fluids is considered a biohazard.

Military Facilities, shoot throw a few of these on an aircraft carrier, and properly dispose of their waste when they get into a port. If they can take care of hazardous waste properly, then they can take care of just waste properly. Or they can convert this into usable energy.

The ideas of what these can do is almost limitless. One of the huge advantages to these machines is it converts the waste into usable energy called syngas. Im not going to explain it just do some research. Its pretty cool.
