Wait a minute - SIRG longs can "see" that Rod has made moves that clearly indicate he has secured funding with a permit contingency.
Sorry can't provide "proof" of what SIRG longs can "see".

I believe it would be called circumstantial evidence.

Circumstantial evidence is also known as indirect evidence. It is distinguished from direct evidence, which, if believed, proves the existence of a particular fact without any inference or presumption required. Circumstantial evidence relates to a series of facts other than the particular fact sought to be proved. The party offering circumstantial evidence argues that this series of facts, by reason and experience, is so closely associated with the fact to be proved that the fact to be proved may be inferred simply from the existence of the circumstantial evidence.

"anybody can clearly see that they (sirg) has funding - please provide verifiable proof.

Here is the circumstantial evidence.

Fact: On Jan 1, 2012 Rod hired Travis Snider as VP of Operations at the mine. (It was important to have a manager at the mine to begin the process of identifying everything that needed to be done for the mine to resume production.)

Fact: Rod quickly hired Rizzo & Assoc. when it was discovered that BLM would not approve the permit to be transferred and it require updating. That permit became important because it is a contingency on the funding release.

Fact: Rod negotiated the purchase of the additional 10% of the mine because he expected funds to be released but was forced to extend that purchase until Oct. when the permit problem showed up.

Fact: Rod signed a contract with Desert Construction to handle the dig/haul operations at the mine. This clearly shows the progress SIRG has made to return the mine to production.

Fact: Rod is negotiating to purchase an additional 90 acres of land directly south of the pit.

"the mine WILL be in production in 2013" - again, please provide verifiable proof.

Again, there is no proof the Chloride will be producing copper in 2013 - an earthquake could destroy the mine!

But again, the circumstantial evidence presented proves that Rod is rapidly moving the mine towards production and 2013 is still 5 months away. With all that has already been accomplished already the evidence shows that SIRG is on track to production in 2013 (barring any earthquakes).
