Hey Fla.....those are just allegations made by the SEC, yet to be proven. SPNG's SB2 was made effective Aug 2006 after intense scrutiny by the SEC.....Why would SPNG risk manipulation beginning in 2007 to 2009.......I believe the SEC made a blunder....that's why Tao got the boot from SEC and Richard Simpson is no longer on the case, yes the very same Richard Simpson who is supposed to be a guru in extracting illegal gains!!!

And by the by Fla...that 10 million figure was arrived at by a Court accepted Auditor, which mean the SEC, the Plaintiff did not object to the appointment of the Aduitor or his findings as there were no objections raised. Get your facts straight.
