"Special trade"? Probably one made for a large broker or institution where a large volume needs to move but the market maker doesn't have the inventory to swing the block, therefore he "holds" the trade and it mysteriously posts late. It is rather common on the OTCBB. I'm sure a broker could explain it better, but that is what happened today!
