In my opinion it was due to several events.
Jeff had to pull back on business development due to health reasons, KMAG was in a startup phase resulting in shares being added to the float to support the business, and the economy was in a down turn.
The RFID sector of business is just now coming into the market place with affordability and superiority pushing it forward.
If you want to get a good feel for Jeff Reid and where he is going with KMAG, you need to spend the 40 minutes and listen to the STT Radio interview he gave in April of this year. You will see events he spoke of then have taken place since the interview, and see the connections he has in the business world.
