My streamer shows .0098 at 17:11:45 with a bid of .0105 and an ask of .0108.

This is a late settlement because the OTCBB does not allow after hours trading, and the large liquidation was probably why the price went so low for a short time today.

This was probably a "special" trade. Got to love the OTCBB.

However, I do believe the pre-market trades we saw today were real because level II was showing level II ask clearing after the ask was hit at each level.
