"AS" can be increased but that doesnt necessarily mean they will hit the street ...alot of times they do it to guarantee they remain with a controlling interest # of Shares ....maybe hes simply telling us - yes I increased the AS BUT we got a loan ???????? We shall see - next week should be interesting....to put that out on a Friday telegraphs something next week coming up ...........but then again wtf do I know......
