Lynn Morgan is as weavy as they come, read the old filings of the company she used to be a part of, the term fraudulent is a suitable word.

Be careful of share structure on this POS. Morgan's have a proud history of taking care of themselves and screwing the common investor. Lynn was taught well from her daddy IMO
