I like your post

The OS As Of Mid Q3(August 14) Was 38.

With the price of soy/corn oil surging, revenues/profits are going up big time.

Advanced BioEnergy, South Dakota, came online in April and should be fully ramped up by now. Glacial Lake's next 110 MGY plant will be online next month. GPRE already said yields are going higher. ANDE/MPC are still ramping higher and the buyout of the infringer is contributing to GERS now.

Every $1,000,000 profit with 40 million shares is a profit of $.025, the same as the PPS!$!$!$!$

Imagine if GERS could get everybody on method II and win the summary judgement...

PEIX: Shopping Around With Other Corn Oil Vendors!$!$

PEIX has agreed to install an ICM system in one of their smaller plants. They have not yet awarded contracts for the rest of their plants. In fact, it sounds like they're shopping around with other vendors now.

"We're seeing in the industry that numbers are achieving 0.6, even a little bit higher than that. But a good conservative number to use is 0.5 pounds of oil per bushel(For the ICM system)."

The ICM knock-off systems are only able to extract about .5 pounds per bushel. PEIX points out that the industry is doing .6 or better. Surely he's talking about BIOF .65 and GPRE .64 pounds per bushel.

He goes on to say they're in talks with other vendors, which to me sounds like PEIX could be in talks with GERS after all...

"In addition, we are currently in discussions with vendors to implement corn oil separation at our remaining 3 plants, which we expect to complete by the end of the first quarter of next year."
Now why would PEIX be in talks with other vendors (plural)? Clearly, ICM was not awarded the job for the other plants and the door is still open for GERS.

Maybe he understands the ICM system .5 pounds doesn't compete with the .8 pounds of method I and surely not the 1.33 pounds of method II.

During a drought, producers need every bit out of corn they can get.

Good Luck To All!$!$!$!$
