Charges against ALL defendants (including MacIntyre and Lipinski)
In the new class action suit, recently filed in California, charges include:
* Conversion
* Intentional fraud
* Negligent representation
* Breach of fiduciary duty
* Unfair competition
(under several California business and professions code) §
* Fraudulent concealment
* Violations of Exchange Act (several sections)

(Charges against Defendants MACINTYRE, TAYLOR and LIPINSKI)
* Alter Ego/Veil Piercing
