If Guyer dilutes and adds to the A/S post R/S, Lord help us.
He would have been lying through his teeth in his latest PR. All ongoing monies should be sought from the financing, not dilution of this stock. It would go against what he himself implied in the PR. As far as PPS? It would plummet to double or trip 0's if he diluted. Investor confidence, s/s and float would be ruined. If that happens, he absolutely has no regard for his shareholders at all. I would be RUNNING AWAY with claimed losses from this stock as fast as I can.

No honest company officer would pull an a/s increase immediately following a 5000:1 r/s, after he publically stated he would be using financing going forward. That would be criminal.
