I posted the iHub TOU Navigation Page for everyone's benefit as there seemed to be some confusion and misguided blame about removed posts.
Furthermore, no moderator has the power or authority to invoke a ban of this nature. It can only come from a higher level of Admin. There are provisions for posters to contact Admin to state their case in an endeavor to reverse the ruling. This can only be launched by the banned individual. If no effort is made, then the ban will remain in effect until the stated date.
I wish to be clear that I also have some deep concerns about MIHL and have created a large file in that regard. At the moment I have adopted a watch and wait stance, however as things progress some of my DD may trickle out for all to evaluate.-TB
